4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer after verifying your details.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Water cans that are opened or partially used.
  • Products reported for return after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Change of mind or personal preferences once the item is delivered as described.
